Dosage:          

Karela: Once in a day 3 teaspoons (15ml) of Herbal Daily Karela in 100 ml water on an empty stomach before breakfast in Morning daily. Do not eat anything for 30 minutes.

Body Balance Capsule: Take 1 Capsule once a day empty stomach before Lunch.

Positive results felt within 15-20 days of starting Herbal Daily. In chronic conditions, it takes anywhere between 30-40 days. Though, you need to continue for a minimum of 6 months for complete relief.

Precautions:

• Avoid drinking or eating anything for 30-45 minutes before & after taking Herbal Daily.
