How to Make Herbal Daily 5 at Home

Recipe of Herbal Daily 5 (Ginger, Garlic, Lemon, Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar)

Step 1.

Take 1 cup Lemon Juice

1 Cup Garlic Juice

1 Cup Ginger Juice.

1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar with mother. Mother in Apple Cider Vinegar is a protein rich enzyme that gets settled at the bottom of the bottle. Do not confuse it with dirt.

Do Not add even a drop of water in this juices. It should be pure juice.

Step 2.

Mix all the ingredients boil till the mixture becomes half.  

Step 3.

Now filter it with a Chalni/ muslin cloth to leave the fibre residue behind.

Step 4.

Let this mixture to cool for 8 to 10 hours.

Step 5.

Now add 3 Cups of Pure Honey in it. Honey must be added only when this mixture has cool down.

Your Herbal Daily 5 is ready!

 

What is the dosage of Herbal Daily 5?

Consume 15 ml of this mixture in half a glass of water early morning, empty stomach daily. 

If you have a heart blockage, if you are overweight or if your problem is serious, also take 10 ml Apple Cider Vinegar in 100 ml water half an hour before dinner, daily.
