What is the taste? Is it sweet or bitter and how much to put in tea?
It tastes SWEET....no bitterness at all!
How much to put for a cup of tea?
You have to put just a little, say three or four small leaves, in boiling water to extract its sweetness. And that may alter the flavour...somewhat. I have tried it for coffee only. Absolutely fine.
How many calories it has?
Stevia is a natural sweetener with zero calories and it is beneficial for diabetics, hypertensive and obese patients. Even children who suffer from type 1 diabetes can also enjoy the sweet dishes with Stevia Dry Leaves as it gives taste just like sugar but it is not a sugar.
Does this have to be powdered first? How long do you need to boil it?
Normal coffee or tea boil time only. Before making coffee or tea put one leave added to milk or tea then make boiling.
