Chirata Capsule: Take 1 Capsule once a day 30 minutes before Lunch.
Kalihari Capsule: Take 1 Capsule, once a day after Lunch (weekly 5 times).
Haldi: 3 teaspoons (15ml) of Herbal Daily Haldi in 100 ml of water, 30 minutes before dinner, Daily. Do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes.
