We eat, we digest but most of us consume calories in excess of the actual need which results into weight gain. Even if there is no change in diet or physical activities decrease in the body’s metabolic rate on growing up can results in Weight Gain. Gaining weight leads to many health disorders like Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, Edema etc. Usually, the problem with losing weight is self-control, emotional eating, low energy and choosing the wrong foods.
Causes of Weight Gain
