Constipation and Gas - Overview
Constipation, Gas and Acidity are digestive disorder. Gas forms due to breakdown of food in the large intestine. Digestive disorder such as Constipation can affect the gas movement and results in abdominal pain and discomfort. Constipation occurs when bowel movement become less frequent and difficult. Continuous constipation can cause alternative diarrhoea.
Causes of Constipation & Gas
Lack of physical activity, irregular diet routine, less water intake, lack of fiber in the diet, high intake of dairy products, stress, artificial additives in food, consuming spicy food and side effects of medicine are some of the common causes of constipation & gas.
