Eczema - Overview
Eczema is the itchy condition in which the upper layer of skin get inflamed that leads to red rashes. The skin itches and when it is scratched, results in a rash. It occurs when immune system becomes unbalanced, so the condition is often associated with other allergic conditions like allergic asthma, hay fever, etc.
Causes of Eczema
The specific or perticular cause of eczema is unknown, but researchers believed that it can developed due to combination of environmental factors and hereditary. Factors like excessive consumption of dry, cold, salty, spicy, sour, fermented or fried food, late night dinners and schedules, excessive physical, mental and sexual activities and stress can cause eczema. Excessive intake of tea, coffee, alcoholic beverages, acidity, constipation and indigestion too can be responsible for causing eczema.
