Cervical - Overview
Cervical Spondylosis is a kind of Arthritis that affects the cervical vertebrae and it is characterized by pain at the back of the neck and vertigo while bending downwards. It develops due to wear and tear of cartilage and bones found in the cervical spine, which is in the neck. This condition starts after the age of about 30 years. Few people never experience this disorder, but in some cases it becomes chronic, the person suffers from stiffness and severe pain.
Cervical Spondylosis Causes and Treatment
Degeneration of tissues and joints of the neck, intake of dry, cool, light, stale and gas-forming foods, having food in less quantity, increased gaps between meals, having more sour, bitter and astringent foods, late-night work schedules, smoking and lifestyle involving overindulgence in mental, physical and sexual activities are the causes of Cervical Spondylosis. People having low bone density and less calcium in the diet are more prone to this disease.
