Causes of Diabetes
Causes of diabetes are excessive food intake which are difficult to digest (fried foods, creams, etc.), mental stress and strain, lack of exercise, excessive sleep, overeating, obesity, excessive intake of sugar and refined carbohydrates, overloading of proteins and fats. Hereditary is also a factor that causes diabetes.
